Sam Glass, Associate

Sam Glass is an Associate of Federal Capital Partners (FCP). He works with both FCP's multifamily and retail team and the firm's office and industrial team. He is involved in the underwriting, closing and asset management of various real estate investments.

Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Glass was an Associate with JPMorgan Asset Management's Real Estate Investment Group. There, he participated in the due diligence and underwriting of multi-family, retail and office properties. Before working with JPMorgan, Mr. Glass was an Investment Analyst with The World Bank's Pension Investments Department, where he focused on limited partnership investments and co-investments with sponsors of private equity and real estate investment funds. In this capacity, he was instrumental in designing the Pension Investment team's private equity and real estate investment strategies, closing in excess of $500 million of capital commitments and monitoring existing partnerships. Mr. Glass began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with Chase Securities.

Mr. Glass received his MBA with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School and BA in Economics from Yale University.
