Adam B. Burch
Analyst - Asset Management
Adam Burch is responsible for providing analytical support and analysis for FCP's residential and commercial acquisitions.
Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Burch worked as an Analyst Intern at the University of Virginia Foundation. He performed financial analysis for the Foundation's $500 million commercial portfolio in the Charlottesville, Virginia area, including development and asset management decisions. Mr. Burch is a graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce where he earned a BS in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.
Harry P. Chalstrom
Vice President - Development
Harry Chalstrom is responsible for due diligence on development and construction opportunities, cost estimation, entitlement work and deal sourcing for FCP's multifamily portfolio.
Mr. Chalstrom joined FCP after eight years with American Community Properties Trust (ACPT), where he was Vice President, Investment Property Development. Prior to joining ACPT, Mr. Chalstrom was with Bozzuto Construction Company, where he worked in project management and field supervision. Mr. Chalstrom received his MBA in Real Estate from American University and BS in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University.
Summer Kassir Haltli
Senior Associate - Asset Management
Summer Haltli is responsible for the implementation of business plans, financial analysis and strategies for FCP's investments.
Ms. Haltli joins FCP from Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel where she was responsible for the portfolio management of more than $400 million in commercial assets throughout the country. Prior experience includes work as a financial analyst with Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets Group and as a consultant in the firm's Public Institutions Group where she conducted development analysis for a number of federal agencies. Ms. Haltli received her MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
Mae B. Klinger
Associate - Asset Management
Mae Klinger is responsible for the operational and financial management of FCP's investments, which includes development and implementation of business plans, budgets and other strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining FCP, Ms. Klinger was an Associate in the U.S. Real Estate division of The Carlyle Group, where she was responsible for managing a portfolio of 30 assets valued at more than $900 million. Ms. Klinger began her career as an economic and financial consultant with real estate consulting firm, RCLCO (formerly Robert Charles Lesser & Co). Ms. Klinger graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a BA degree.
Christopher LoSapio
Associate - Asset Management
Chris LoSapio is responsible for the operational oversight of investment assets including implementation of business plans, financial analysis and reporting.
Mr. LoSapio joins FCP from CW Capital where he co-managed operations for $350 million in multi-family assets in the Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West and Southern California. His experience includes valuations, capital projects, loan structure analysis and financial modeling. Prior to joining CW Capital, Mr. LoSapio worked at Newmark Knight Frank Real Estate as an associate. Mr. LoSapio received his MBA in Finance and BA in Political Science from Seton Hall University.
David Ohlrich
Senior Vice President - Asset Management
David Ohlrich is charged with ensuring financial and operational milestones at FCP’s properties are achieved. Mr. Ohlrich’s work includes the operational strategy for property management, coordination and preparation of construction and operational budgets and assisting with acquisition due diligence.
Before joining FCP, Mr. Ohlrich served as Market Manager of the Land team in the Washington-Maryland Region of NVR, Inc. Before joining NVR, Mr. Ohlrich spent eight years with Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) as Vice President of Asset Management and Investment Strategy. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ohlrich worked with NHP, Incorporated. He also served as an Associate with E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group in Boston. Mr. Ohlrich received his MBA, BS in Architecture and BS in Engineering from The University of Michigan.
Nikita Rao
Vice President - Asset Management
Nikita Rao is responsible for the management and implementation of business plans, financial analysis and strategies for FCP’s investments. She participates in strategic development of timelines, budgets and processes and is responsible for supporting and managing the development, sales and marketing processes and third party vendors.
Prior to joining FCP, Ms. Rao was an Associate in the U.S. Real Estate Investment division of The Carlyle Group, where she was responsible for managing a portfolio of 20 assets with total capitalization of $1.75 billion. Ms. Rao began her career as a senior auditor at KPMG LLP in its Financial Services Group. Ms. Rao is a Certified Public Accountant and received her BS in accountancy from Villanova University.
Doug Rigler
Vice President - Construction
Doug Rigler is responsible for overseeing the planning, site design and cost estimation for the company’s projects.
Before joining FCP, Mr. Rigler worked as an Associate at Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership where he worked on several major projects, including Duke University's CIEMAS building and Johns Hopkins Hospital's replacement facility in downtown Baltimore. Before joining ZGF, Mr. Rigler worked at Donnally Lederer Vujcic, LLC and as an architect at Oudens + Knoop, PC. Mr. Rigler received his AB (Architecture) from Columbia University.
