FCP’S E.J. CORWIN TO SPEAK AT NAIOP DC|MD 2018 CAPITAL MARKETS EVENT ON MARCH 14, 2018


FCP℠ is pleased to announce that FCP Sr. Vice President for Structured Investments, Edward “E.J.” Corwin, will be a panelist at the NAIOP DC|MD 2018 Capital Markets event on Wednesday, March 14th. The panel will discuss fiscal and monetary policy effect on CRE, the biggest opportunities and threats to commercial real estate in 2018, how different asset types perform in the later innings of the real estate cycle and more. E.J. Corwin leads the FCP Structured Investments team and is responsible for expanding the company’s portfolio of Structured Investments throughout East Coast markets. Prior to joining FCP, Corwin was a Senior Vice President in the Special Situations/REMAG Group of Wells Fargo Bank. During his tenure at Wells Fargo, Mr. Corwin managed a $1.2 billion portfolio of nonperforming loans nationwide and originated over $800 million of structured loans with the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group. Mr. Corwin earned both his MBA (Ross Business School) and Master of Engineering from the University of Michigan, and his BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University.
