Jason Ward most recently led FCP’s expansion into Florida, where the firm has closed seven deals in the past two years. In 2018, Ward will also focus on sourcing multifamily development and commercial office investments in the Carolinas, Atlanta and Nashville.
Prior to joining FCP, Ward managed a nationwide portfolio of commercial real estate debt with CapitalSource, a specialty finance company. Prior to CapitalSource, Mr. Ward worked in originations at SunTrust Bank’s Commercial Real Estate DC region. Mr. Ward earned an MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, and a BS in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from Washington and Lee University.
