FEDERAL CAPITAL PARTNERS ADDS DC TEAM MEMBERS STEPHEN STOVER AND CHRIS LOSAPIO


Federal Capital Partners (FCP) has announced the appointment of Stephen Stover as a senior analyst in its property acquisition group and Chris LoSapio as an associate in its asset management group.

Mr. Stover comes to FCP from Capital Automotive Real Estate Services where he worked as an analyst on all aspects of acquisitions, redevelopment and due diligence on multiple projects. Mr. Stover’s responsibilities will include assisting FCP, one of the DC area’s most active real estate investors, in underwriting residential, retail and office acquisition and development opportunities. Mr. Stover graduated suma cum laude from James Madison University in 2009 with a double major in Finance and Economics.

Mr. LoSapio joins FCP from CW Capital where he co-managed operations for $350 million in multi-family assets in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Southern California. His experience includes valuations, capital projects, loan structure analysis and financial modeling and he will be applying those skills on behalf of FCP’s assets throughout the Washington, DC area. Prior to CW Capital, Mr. LoSapio worked at Newmark Knight Frank Real Estate as an associate. He graduated from Seton Hall University with a BA in Political Science and an MBA in Finance.
