Third & Urban, FCP Madison Avenue Historic Renovation Project On Track to Deliver in the Second Quarter
Software developer and tech consultancy firm FortyAU and Woodland Wine Merchant are coming to Sylvan Supply in Nashville, Tenn. It will be the second location in the city for Woodland Wine Merchant, an eclectic wine store based in Nashville.

Sylvan Supply is the adaptive reuse of the former Madison Mill in Sylvan Park featuring large format, class-A creative office space and destination retail from the development partnership of Third & Urban and FCP. The six buildings are being connected by outdoor corridors with hanging gardens and contemporary lighting.
The project has 135,000 square feet of class-A office space, as well as over 32,000 square feet of curated dining, boutique fitness and other retail spaces.

Its goal is to represent high-quality wines, spirits, and beers and explore less familiar grape varieties, spirits, regions and styles. It will host weekly tastings and special events in the space.
Woodland Wine Merchant and FortyAU join an expanding roster of companies and brands moving to Sylvan Supply, including Accenture, Bearded Iris Brewing, Barista Parlor, Full Ride Cycling and a fast-casual restaurant from Amanda Frederickson. Delivery is expected in the second quarter.
