In August 2018, FCP joined with partner Urban Atlantic and property manager Gates Hudson at The Woods at Addison for the FCP Serves Empower for School event. FCP team members participated in this event and another 13 at their properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast in what has become an annual event, each year giving away approximately 2,000 backpacks stuffed with school supplies. FCP is also launching two new after-school programs and hopes to expand those to additional regions as well.
