FCP's commitment to community is exemplified through the actions of team members, independently of company-organized work. In 2021, Texas-based project manager Daren Hill participated in a service project through First Baptist Church The Colony which partnered with The Colony, TX Volunteer Assistance Program. Through this program, individual homeowners can submit an application to the city for home repairs that are needed and where they are not able to complete the repairs themselves. Daren served as a Crew Chief on work for two homes, supervising five other adults and 10 teenage volunteers.
