Federal Capital Partners® and Kane Realty Corporation announce that Heirloom Brewshop, a specialty coffee shop, premium tea house and sake bar, will be opening its first Raleigh, NC location on S. West Street at The Dillon. The locally owned and operated retailer is projected to open in the Summer of 2018.
Heirloom Brewshop is locally owned and operated by husband and wife team, Chuan Tsay and Anna Phommavong. The couple recently spent weeks traveling throughout Asia doing research for the brewshop. Chuan and Anna, North Carolina natives, are very passionate about promoting culture, history and education about food and beverage. They will offer premium coffee, tea and sake as well as an Asian-inspired food menu. Besides pour-over coffees, they plan to introduce a wide array of brew methods and concoctions. Their food menu will introduce concepts that are totally new to Raleigh and will be made entirely in-house.
