FCP℠ announces the following new professionals:
Cristina Istrate has joined FCP as a Senior Analyst on the firm’s asset management team and will provide analytical support in managing FCP’s existing multifamily portfolio. Prior to joining FCP, Ms. Istrate was a Multi-Site Senior Property Manager with WPM Real Estate Management, where she was responsible for managing the operations and financial performance of two mixed-use assets in Baltimore, MD. She has a number of industry certifications and awards, including IREM® 30 Under 30 and Property Manager of the Year with the Maryland Multi-Housing Association. Ms. Istrate is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management Maryland Chapter and a graduate of Technical University of Moldova.
Ben Kase has joined the company as a Development Analyst and will provide underwriting support and be responsible for overseeing FCP’s predevelopment, development and construction projects. Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Kase was with Harrison Street Real Estate Capital where he assisted the asset management team in financial reporting, leasing, refinancing, development and dispositions for the firm’s investments. Mr. Kase graduated from Davidson College with a BA in Economics.
Dara Vaziri has joined FCP as a Senior Analyst and will be responsible for planning and implementing FCP’s project management systems between stakeholders, data analytics platform, and Lean financial practices. Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Vaziri worked for Turner Construction where he assisted in the management of the United States Capitol Dome renovation and a $55 million office renovation in Washington, DC. Mr. Vaziri graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Civil Engineering and is currently pursuing his MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Maryland.
