FCP® welcomes new team members, Nadja Amaguana (Analyst – Investor Relations), Yvonne A. Bartolomeo (Project Manager – Asset Management), Sam Cuthbert (Analyst – Acquisitions), Arjun Nandra (Sr. Analyst – Commercial Investments) and Thomas Muse-Tessier (Data Analyst).
Nadja Amaguana joins FCP’s Investor Relations team, where she will provide analytical support for investor due diligence and ongoing reporting. Nadja is a recent graduate of the University of Maryland where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences.
Yvonne A. Bartolomeo, based in Tampa, is a project manager overseeing capital projects for the FCP operating portfolio in Florida. She has more than 15 years of experience in multifamily mixed-use property management and served most recently with UDR in Tampa, FL. Yvonne earned her AS from St. Petersburg College and is currently working towards her BA in Public Policy and Administration.
Sam Cuthbert provides analytical support in managing FCP’s residential and commercial acquisitions and developments. Sam graduated from Princeton University where he earned his BA in History.
Arjun Nandra is responsible for underwriting new commercial investments and providing support in managing FCP’s existing commercial portfolio. Prior to FCP, Arjun worked in turnaround management at Berkeley Research Group, where he advised companies on operational and financial restructuring. Arjun received his BS in Applied Mathematics from the College of William & Mary.
Thomas Muse-Tessier is responsible for data analytics, infrastructure and visualization. Prior to joining FCP, Thomas worked in data analysis at Experient, part of Maritz Global Events, where he developed proprietary software to enhance customer experiences and reporting. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Industrial Engineering.
