Cristina Istrate provides analytical support in managing FCP’s existing multifamily portfolio. Prior to joining FCP, Ms. Istrate was a Multi-Site Senior Property Manager with WPM Real Estate Management, where she was responsible for managing the operations and financial performance of two mixed-use assets in Baltimore, MD. She has a number of industry certifications and awards, including IREM® 30 Under 30 and Property Manager of the Year with the Maryland Multi-Housing Association. Ms. Istrate is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management Maryland Chapter and a graduate of Technical University of Moldova.
