FCP’S DARA VAZIRI TO SPEAK AT IMN MIDDLE-MARKET MULTIFAMILY FORUM (SOUTHWEST) MARCH 29, 2002


FCP®’s Dara Vaziri will take part in the upcoming IMN 4th Annual Middle-Market Multifamily Forum (Southwest) to be held on March 29th and 30th in Dallas, TX. Vaziri will participate in the March 29th session titled What Is/Will Be the Impact of Working from Home in the Apartment Industry. Registration is available here.

Dara Vaziri is a member of FCP’s asset management team. He is responsible for executing business plans and developing operational strategies for FCP’s Texas and Jacksonville, FL multifamily portfolios. He also oversees the implementation and creation of FCP’s project management system for multifamily CapEx. Since joining FCP, he has led the business plans for 4,500 units in these respective markets and created FCP’s CapEx management platform.

Prior to joining FCP, Vaziri worked for Turner Construction where he assisted in the management of the United States Capitol Dome renovation, a $55 million office renovation in Washington, DC and managed a $700 million portfolio of ground-up construction projects. Dara graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Civil Engineering and with his MBA with a concentration in finance from the University.
