FCP℠ Senior Vice President for Residential Acquisitions, Jason Bonderenko, will take part in the upcoming Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference East (BMAC) on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at The Ritz-Carlton Tysons at 1700 Tysons Boulevard in McLean, VA. Jason Bonderenko specializes in the acquisition, asset management and disposition of FCP’s apartment properties. Since joining FCP 11 years ago, he has been involved with acquiring or investing in approximately 23,000 apartments valued at over $3.0 billion as well as with the investing of all four of FCP’s real estate funds. Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Bonderenko worked with the Capital Markets group of CB Richard Ellis, where he was involved with financing $3 billion of commercial real estate transactions throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Bonderenko is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council and a graduate of Ithaca College, where he earned a BS in Economics.
