FCP’S NIKITA RAO TO SPEAK AT 2018 KAYO WOMEN’S REAL ESTATE SUMMIT ON APRIL 24th IN WASHINGTON, DC


FCP℠ is pleased to announce that Senior Vice President for Portfolio Management and Investor Relations, Nikita Rao, will be a panelist at the 2018 Kayo Women’s Real Estate Summit which takes place on April 23 & 24 at the Wharf InterContinental Washington DC. Rao will participate in a panel on April 24th, “How Real Estate Private Equity is Evolving”. The panel will discuss real estate trends as seen from various perspectives including from LPs, GPs and placement agents. Rao is responsible for strategic portfolio planning and reporting, including fund financial and operational analysis. Separately, Ms. Rao is responsible for managing the firm’s Investor Relations team and leading the firm’s client development with existing and prospective investors. Prior to joining FCP, Rao was an Associate in the U.S. Real Estate Investment division of The Carlyle Group, where she was responsible for managing a portfolio of 20 assets with total capitalization of $1.75 billion. Rao began her career as a senior auditor at KPMG LLP in its Financial Services Group. Rao is a Certified Public Accountant and received her BS in accountancy from Villanova University.
