FCP’S SUMMER HALTLI TO SPEAK AT REFI US WEBINAR: MULTIFAMILY MULTITUDES ON APRIL 22ND


FCP® Senior Vice President for Strategic Management and Sustainability, Summer Haltli, will take part in the upcoming Real Estate Fund Intelligence (REFI) US webinar, Multifamily Multitudes, on Thursday, April 22nd at 11:00 AM EST. The webinar will focus on the lack of affordable housing and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the ESG impact on these investments, capital raising in this sector, the best way to source and execute deals, debt availability, identifying key markets and types of properties seeing the most demand. Haltli will join industry leaders, Christine Espenshade of Newmark, Mike Schwaab of Nuveen and Alex Seals of Invesco Real Estate. Registration is available here.
