Federal Capital Partners’ ® (FCP) Steve Walsh will join a panel titled “Capital’s Flowing. Who’s Pouring? What’s Being Served?” hosted by NAIOP MD/DC. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, April 30th from 11:45 am to 1:30 pm at The Hamilton at 600 14th Street, NW in Washington, DC.
Steve Walsh is responsible for asset and corporate finance as well as investor relations for FCP. Mr. Walsh has more than 15 years of capital markets experience in equity and debt markets and capital raising.
The panel will discuss the state of the lending markets including how portfolio lenders and Wall Street firms are structuring and pricing deals in 2014, given the abundance of capital in the marketplace today.
