Amit Verma is responsible for underwriting and providing analytical support for structured investment opportunities across the company’s multifamily and commercial platforms.
Prior to joining FCP, Amit worked with the REIT Equity Research group at Capital One, where he was responsible for supporting coverage of publicly-traded REITs in the retail, net lease, office, industrial, and data center sectors for institutional investors. Amit graduated from the College of William & Mary with a BS in Physics.
