Brian Stai is a Senior Project Manager overseeing capital projects for the FCP operating portfolio in the Carolinas, Florida and portions of Virginia. Mr. Stai is based in FCP’s Raleigh, NC office.
Mr. Stai has more than 25 years of experience in multifamily, mixed-use, commercial property management and construction management. and served most recently with the Donaldson Group. Prior to the Donaldson Group, he served as project manager for companies in both new construction and remodeling. Mr. Stai graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS in Economics.
