Chris Posluszny is responsible for the implementation of business plans and operational strategies for FCP’s investments in the Carolinas and Florida.
Before joining FCP, Chris was an asset manager at the National Foundation for Affordable Housing Solutions, where he oversaw the operations and financial performance of a section of the Foundation’s multifamily portfolio. He is a CPA (inactive) and began his career as an associate in KPMG LLP’s commercial audit practice. He earned an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins and a BBA in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
