Dara Vaziri is a member of FCP’s asset management team. He is responsible for executing business plans and developing operational strategies for FCP’s Texas multifamily portfolio. He also oversees the implementation and creation of FCP’s project management system for multifamily CapEx. Since joining FCP, he has led the business plans for 6,500 units and created FCP’s CapEx management platform.
Prior to joining FCP, Vaziri worked for Turner Construction where he assisted in the management of the United States Capitol Dome renovation, a $55 million office renovation in Washington, DC, and managed a $700 million portfolio of ground-up construction projects. Dara graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Civil Engineering and his MBA with a concentration in finance from the University.
