David Pierce is responsible for the design, maintenance, and development of datasets and BI reports in support of FCP’s Asset Management, Structured Investments, and Impact/ESG teams. He additionally supports process automation, data analysis, and data reconciliation efforts across the organization.
David previously served as a Senior Business Analyst at CoStar Group. There, he was responsible for internal strategy, process automation, and data analysis/visualization for the company’s Market Analytics, Product, and Sales teams. Prior to that, David was a Senior Market Analyst at CoStar covering Colorado and Utah. In that role, he analyzed and presented on CRE/multifamily trends, and created the core data analysis and visualization tools used by the company’s Market Analyst group.
David graduated from Wake Forest University, where he earned his BS in Economics and MA in Management with a Finance specialization.
