Emily Rivers

Emily Rivers is responsible for underwriting and closing FCP’s multifamily acquisitions throughout the Western U.S. Prior to FCP, Emily was a Senior Associate in the Global Capital Advisory group at Cushman & Wakefield where she was responsible for sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions on behalf of international investors. Emily graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a double major in Economics and Labor and Employment Relations.
