Eric Jumper is a Project Manager overseeing capital projects for the FCP operating portfolio in Colorado and Arizona. Mr. Jumper is based in FCP’s Denver, CO office. Eric achieved his bachelor’s degree in Applied Science and has had formal training from Siemen’s Technology on boilers, chillers, building automation, fire system, wet and dry. He has had formal OSHA training for work in safety and equipment. Prior to joining FCP, Eric was with Greystar, where he was the regional maintenance director for a large portfolio of multifamily assets in Colorado, North Dakota, and California. Eric started his career in the multifamily industry in 1999 and has extensive experience in topics such as capital projects, due diligence, budgeting, process deployment and management, and team training.
