Gretchen Bowers supports FCP’s Investor Relations team through strategic reporting, fund management operations and capital raising execution. Prior to working on the Investor Relations team, she worked on the Asset Management team, covering Multifamily Income assets across TX. Gretchen graduated from Colgate University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and English.
