Kevin Murphy is a member of the Structured Investments team and is focused on sourcing and executing new structured investment opportunities on both existing assets and development transactions.
Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Murphy worked as a Vice President in the Acquisitions group of Clarion Partners, where he was involved with investing over $1 billion in commercial and multifamily transactions across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Murphy worked as an acquisitions specialist for DC-based developer Monument Realty and served in several roles at GE Commercial Finance including underwriter within GE Real Estate and member of GE’s Financial Management Program. Mr. Murphy earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and BA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
