Matt Valentini

Matt Valentini leads FCP’s development management team and has over 20 years of multifamily and commercial development experience. Mr. Valentini has overseen the delivery of over 7 million square feet as well as the entitlement of an additional 2 million square feet in markets throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southwest. Mr. Valentini previously served as Vice President, Development at JBG and spent four years in Toll Brothers’ homebuilding operation in Northern Virginia. Mr. Valentini holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University and a BA from the University of Chicago.  During his career, Mr. Valentini has served on several local and regional boards and he currently serves on the Suburban Redevelopment Council for the Urban Land Institute and with Northern Virginia NAIOP.
