Matthew Kirvan is a Senior Project Manager overseeing capital projects for the FCP operating portfolio in the Philadelphia, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C. and Atlanta markets, focusing primarily on repositioning work force housing investments. Mr. Kirvan has more than 20 years of experience in construction, multifamily operations and single-family real estate.
Prior to FCP, he was an operating partner with H K Development Group, which invested in single family homes in the Baltimore area. Mr. Kirvan graduated from the University of Maryland Institute of Applied Agriculture in College Park, MD.
