Rohit Mahyera is a Senior Project Manager with FCP and oversees capital projects in the Washington, DC Metropolitan region. Mr. Mahyera has over 20-years’ experience in a wide spectrum of commercial projects, including multi-family, warehouse, development projects for condominiums and major renovations to leasing offices.
Prior to joining FCP and migrating to the United States in 1997, he owned and managed a construction company in India and completed several complex projects including road bridge, irrigation canal and super passage. Mr. Mahyera graduated as an army officer from an Indian Military School, which is equivalent to West Point. He also has a Class A license from DPOR and is a licensed helicopter pilot.
