Ross Magette is responsible for overseeing predevelopment, development, and construction projects for FCP. His focus is on executing the business plans for both residential and commercial mixed-use investments on behalf of our investors and joint venture partners.
Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Magette worked for Donohoe Construction Company where he assisted in the management of the construction of two high-rise residential mixed-use projects in the Washington, DC area. He also has experience working for The Kirkland Company, a commercial real estate brokerage firm in Nashville, TN, and AvalonBay Communities, Inc., a publicly traded REIT in Arlington, VA. Mr. Magette earned an MBA with a concentration in real estate finance from Vanderbilt University (Owen Graduate School of Management) and a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Virginia.
