Sachin Swami provides underwriting support and is responsible for overseeing FCP’s predevelopment, development, and construction projects throughout the Southeast and Southwest. Prior to joining FCP, Sachin was a development analyst at JBG SMITH where he was responsible for development projects in the Washington, DC region including Amazon HQ2 National Landing.
Sachin graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a BA in Economics and minors in Geographic Information Sciences, Real Estate Development, and Sustainability.
