Will Metzfield is responsible for underwriting and closing FCP’s commercial investments and developments throughout the Southern U.S., as well as providing support in managing FCP’s existing commercial portfolio.
Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Metzfield worked as a Relationship Manager in Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group, where he was involved with the underwriting, structuring, and origination of construction, bridge, and permanent debt capital. Mr. Metzfield received his BBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
