Billy Herbert is a member of the multifamily development team where he is responsible for business development in the Mid-Atlantic, credit, structuring and underwriting oversight for all multifamily development investments across the firm’s footprint, and supplements business development in other geographies.
Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Herbert worked for Federal Realty Investment Trust (FRIT) where he managed portfolio finance, development underwriting, and forecasting for the 16-asset East Coast Mixed Use Division. Mr. Herbert began his career in consulting roles with Booz Allen Hamilton and PWC. Mr. Herbert received his BBA from the James Madison University College of Business.
