The joint-venture partners have also executed leases with ASD | Sky, W&A Engineering and KPFF. The adaptive re-use development on Charlotte Avenue at the gateway to Nashville’s vibrant Sylvan Park features outdoor corridors and terraces with greenspace to connect the 60-plus-year-old buildings, fostering a collaborative and active environment in the former Madison Mill space.
Over the last 60 days, restaurant Red Perch, saloon Beauty School and Black Dynasty, the restaurant component for Bearded Iris Taproom, have opened. In the coming 45 days, spa Ela Mar, restaurant Punk Wok and barre workout space Pure Barre will open their doors.
“Third & Urban and our partner FCP are excited to bring The Hideout Golf Club to Sylvan Supply,” said Chris Faussemagne, Partner, Third & Urban. “The success with the office space, including these three new tenants, is driven by the retail destinations, including Bearded Iris, Woodland Wine Merchants and Radish, to name a few.”
“FCP is thrilled with the addition of these new tenants to Sylvan Supply,” said FCP Vice President for Commercial Asset Management, Sarah Hubbard. “This redevelopment continues to demonstrate the appeal of skilled adaptive reuse of important Nashville buildings to both retail and creative office tenants.”
The Hideout Golf Club will be a space for golf enthusiasts to play year-round, night or day, regardless of the changing season or course conditions. The club will feature the TrackMan simulators designed for use in both practice and play, a bar and dining service from partner restaurants. Profectus Golf Academy will open its second Nashville location featuring PGA golf instructors inside the club.
“The Hideout Golf Club offers an experience similar to belonging to a private golf club, while convenient, efficient and weatherproof,” said Errol Helling, founder, The Hideout Golf Club. “We want to create a community of golfers at Sylvan Supply, a place for all those who have a deep, passionate love for the game to congregate, play and plan their next round together.”
